Important Information

Before using the Electronic Commerce Interface to complete a claim for Payment of benefits under the Product Stewardship for Oil Program you need to be registered for that scheme. More information about Registering for the Product Stewardship for Oil Program is available online or call the Fuel Grants Infoline on 1300 657 162.

Presently, electronic registration for the Product Stewardship for Oil Program is not available. To register for this scheme you need to complete a paper "Application to Register" form which can be obtained from the Fuel Grants Infoline on 1300 657 162.

When the Registration is approved a Notice of Registration will be sent to you. You will need to key in certain details from the Notice of Registration when completing the Electronic Claim Form for the Product Stewardship for Oil Program. (These details are also included in the Notice of Assessment sent to clients when a claim is paid). The information required is:

• your Product Stewardship for Oil Program Client Account Number (CAN)

If you are unable to locate your Notice of Registration or Notice of Assessment, these details can be obtained by contacting the Fuel Grants Infoline on 1300 657 162.
