Sent Items
Sent Items lists
the documents that you have sent to the ATO. The Sent Items
allows you to view the documents and their receipt numbers.
There will be no documents in your Sent
Items until you send a document to
the ATO from the Out Tray. When you send a
document to the ATO, a copy is automatically placed in your Sent
Items . If the Sent Items contains no
documents, only the Restore function
will be available.

Sent Items tray functions
A summary of the function buttons on the
Sent Items screen are listed below. Click on a
hyperlink for further information on that topic.
- View
Displays the selected document.
- Archive
Saves a document to a selected location on your computer.
- Restore
Returns a document that you have previously archived and deleted
to Sent Items.
- Print
Prints the selected document.
- Save to PDF
Saves a PDF file format of a document to a selected location on
your computer.
- Delete
Deletes the selected document.
CAUTION
If you delete a document from your Sent
Items tray, the ECI Client
software will no longer hold a record of it. You can keep a record
by either printing, saving to PDF or archiving a document before you
delete it.
